Private Full-Day Douro Valley Wine and Hike Tour from Porto | Porto | Portugal

This is a full-day walking tour in Pinhão, the heart of the Douro valley! We’ll start by transferring you from your hotel in Porto to Provesend, where you’ll start hiking the São Cristovão Trail, by the vineyards of the valley, on a tour adapted to your pace and guided by local guides. You will bike in the car-free trails by the quaint villages of the Douro plateau and valley, until you reach the village of Pinhão, by the Douro river. We’ll visit Pinhão, and have lunch there, at a local wine estate, where you’ll taste the excellence of the Portuguese cuisine of this region, always accompanied by local wines. In the afternoon, you’ll be able to hike a few more miles by the Douro’s vineyards and enjoy a wine tasting experience, before being transferred back to your hotel in Porto.
