Bavarian Knoedel Cooking Class | Oberaudorf | Germany

Join me at my home in Oberaudorf for a Bavarian family style dinner and learn how to make three different types of koendel (dumpling) – Brezenknoedel, Spinatknoedel und Speckknoedel! I share with you my grandmothers recipes straight from the farmstead! We end our dinner with a delicious Apfelstrudel with vanilla sauce. Following the Motto “if you knoedel you better strudel” 🙂 Sip some of our favorite Bavarian beers during the cooking class and enjoy a local schnapps to top off the meal. You join me each step of the way.
