We will explore the marvelous Roman Excavations of Oplontis and Stabia, unknown to most people and we are going to have a fun experience at a beautiful winery!The Roman Villas of Poppea and Villa San Marco are two ancient Roman dwellings where wealthy Romans could rest from the hustle and bustle of the Capital Rome. We will admire beautiful wall paintings, floor mosaics, and architecture. We will also visit the brand new little Archeological Museum of Stabia with some amazing finds from the excavations. We will stay away from the mainstream tourism.For the second part of the tour we will drive to the National Park of Mt Vesuvius for wine tasting in a beautiful setting.
