Colombia is the third producer of coffee worldwide, and this is just one of the reasons why you should know the process of this famous drink. The journey of approximately 3 hours starts at your hotel when our guide picks you up, after only 30 minutes from the city you will arrive at a coffee farm, in a traditional space where a local coffee grower will teach you the incredible process from sowing the seed to enjoy a delicious cup of organic coffee. In the field, the coffee grower will share all the details, however you can become an ‘arriero’ or ‘chapolera’ to collect coffee as an expert.You will also have the opportunity to enjoy beautiful landscapes and Colombian fruit trees. Finally, after enjoying the aroma and flavor of the coffee, the guide will return you to the hotel.
