You will discover famous Grand cru villages, visit families of producers/growers and taste many 100% Grand cru Champagnes : natural champagne with no dosage, old vines, vintages, aged in oak barrels…All the villages we will cross are classified at the highest of the appellation in Champagne .We will visit “Côte de Blancs”, kingdom of the Grand cru “Blanc de Blancs” as well as my village Aÿ-Champagne ( where is located Bollinger, Deutz…) and its famous pinot noir.
