Hike to Pearl of Armenia Aragats Mtn | Yerevan | Armenia

Mt. Aragats, the Pearl of Armenia is the highest point in Armenia. In wintertime it turns to a real fairy tale wonderland, especially for those who never saw snow in their lives. In the beginning of spring the snow fades to tinkling springs revealing fresh meadows covered with colorful carpet of flowers. Cloudy skies hugging mountain peaks are reflecting in the picturesque lake Kari (Stone Lake in Armenian).During this trip we are going to climb the Southern Summit, 3879m.Is the easiest point, but note : it might be covered with snow. It is medium level hike. If you want to go to the highest point though, you can always drop us a message.All you need to take with you is:1. Waterproof hiking boots.2. Winter jacket.3.
