During the next 2-hours you will take a quick lesson and cruise around Playa flamingo, and the surrounding islands located just a short standup paddle away with an experienced instructor. Spend 15-20 minutes on the beach learning the basics of standup paddling and ocean safety, and then enjoy a period of time in the water learning beginner paddling techniques such as balance, paddling, turning, and wave knowledge.
