This class is mostly hands-on. You will receive instructions but most of the cooking will be done by the students. You will eat everything that you make.There will be a chopstick lesson as well as recipes for the dishes that we made. I will go over where you can buy your Japanese ingredients and some dietary restrictions if needed.
