Trek&Picnic: Mesco, Terrace of Nobel prizes at 5 Terre | Levanto | Italy

We will start from the village of Levanto; we will add ourselves first in the alleys of the center, discovering particularities of the village medieval structure. We’ll continue our journey with a trek in nature that will takes us, through the pine forests and the Mediterranean scrub, to rediscover the places of important experiments of an Italian Nobel prize and visit a particular site: the agricultural unit of centennial tradition where we will do our picnic with typical Ligurian products!We will continue until we reach the top of Punta Mesco, the western gate of the Cinque Terre Park, a natural terrace with breathtaking views! We will begin the descent from the sea, beyond the promontory until we reach the splendid and renowned Monterosso, where we could rest on the beach, visit the places that inspired another Italian Nobel prize and, why not, take a dip in the splendid sea of ​​the 5 Terre. A day in the history and poetry of World Heritage sites.
